Position Summary:
The primarily responsibility of this role is to provide data mining and analytical support for the Customer Solutions Department. This role will provide day to day management of vendor partner image library for schematic development tools, as well as support with required information for development of field related tools designed for sku rationalizations and schematic development. Position will assist in handling workload capacity of Customer Solutions department in areas such as shopper and store-level analysis, Nielsen data mining, schematic development, customer insight support, Spectra and full working knowledge and support of internal sales tools including RAD and SAM.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Nature & Scope:
The position interacts with a variety of internal departments and field sales, provides analytical support to Customer Solutions team and manages projects with outside vendors. This role is a supporting role within Customer Solutions and designed to assist taking projects and tools to completion for the field.
Key Competencies:
Education: Requires Bachelor's degree
Experience / Background: Requires minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a CPG environment. Plan-o-gram software, Nielsen applications and strong analytical experience a must. Interaction limited to internal PRUSA departments and employees.
Required Skills/Competencies: A successful individual will be proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Nitro, Plan-o-gram Software, FeatureVision, Spectra, RAD/SAM; hold ability to manage multiple projects and data requests; a strong team player capable of shifting gears on a moment's notice. A detail oriented person with category management experience is ideal.
Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical office environment, with limited demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual acuity required for correspondence and computer terminal usage. Travel to field level division meetings and market surveys are sometimes required (5 - 15% travel).
