Dynata owns and manages a 60M+ online community consumers and professionals, globally. By engaging community members to exchange their personal data and opinions for valuable rewards, Dynata is the largest provider of first party consumer insights to leading Market Research agencies, consulting firms and corporate brands.

We are hiring a Manager, Platform in our Supply Platform team, who will be responsible for guiding the advancement of our technical roadmap and will lead initiatives cross-functionally focused on feature development and timely delivery. This individual is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing a segment of our overall platform capabilities and supporting tools, documentation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience leading digital product roadmaps and the ability to form deep platform expertise to serve as a primary connection between our strategic business objectives and technical execution. They will have experience seamlessly communicating across Business, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams internally while supporting communication externally to our Partners. Strong organization and communication skills are a must to be successful in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clearly define requirements for product features, reporting, and process documentation requests from cross-functional business partners

  • Support Business teams with external partner/vendor collaboration and product feedback to document and communicate the requested requirements.

  • Manage Platform Enhancements via a product management platform (Jira) to control workload and priorities.

  • Establish regular meetings with key stakeholders to identify platform roadmap dependencies and roadblocks to proactively manage timelines and expectations.

  • Routinely provide executive summaries to senior management and discuss tradeoffs to determine initiative prioritization.

  • Develop and manage documentation for technical implementation guidance and best practices.

  • Daily Monitoring of platform performance to ensure uptime and quickly address potential escalations minimizing any negative impact.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years' experience in digital product management or similar project management

  • Market Research or Programmatic Ad industry is a plus

  • Highly proficient at defining, analyzing, documenting and communicating platform requirements to business and technical teams

  • Proficient developing detailed User Stories between Business, Engineering and Business Intelligence Users

  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, Business Intelligence and Developers to deliver best-in-class experiences for Internal Business Users and External Partners

Specialized Skills:

  • Ambitious, with a growth mindset, and can lead projects with a high level of autonomy

  • Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation), organizational, and intrapersonal skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-do's - vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, and monitor progress.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong experience in product development lifecycle, specifically focused on developing User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Documentation.

  • Strong experience in a Product Management Platform, Jira preferred.

  • Strong experience in a Documentation Platform, Confluence preferred.

  • Ability to align a diverse set of stakeholders toward a common goal.

  • Ability to analyze data and problem solve.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel

The base salary range for this position in is $65K-$85K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
