Your Opportunity: ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Service Center Representative to join our call center team in Pompano Beach, FL!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers regarding new and existing orders via telephone, email and web tickets
  • Develop product/compliance expertise to effectively assist customers
  • Accurately enter order information following detailed order-entry procedures
  • Answer questions on pricing, order status, inventory, and more.
  • Support & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Document and own follow-up on customer issues or requests that require further investigation to resolve
  • Communicate effectively with supervisor/team to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm ET; some Saturday's and overtime scheduled during peak season (Aug - Jan)
  • This role will be in-office at the Pompano Beach location on Monday and Tuesday and will be remote Wednesday - Friday

You Must Have:

  • A high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of experience in a customer service related field
  • Proficient Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
