DaVita is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at an outpatient dialysis center, where you'll have the opportunity to make a life-changing impact on patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Position Highlights:

• Comprehensive Training: No dialysis experience is required. We provide thorough training at our facilities or training clinics.
• Dynamic Work Environment: You may be required to float to different clinics during and after training, offering variety in your work.
• Flexible Schedule: Be prepared to work early mornings, days, evenings, and rotating Saturdays (Sundays off!), with shifts typically lasting 10-12 hours, 3-4 times per week.

What You'll Do:

• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families in a close-knit outpatient setting.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of clinicians and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Manage patient care, oversee machine setup, conduct patient observations, and measure stats.
• Provide care to patients with complex medical needs, requiring a range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited nursing school, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.).
• Relevant experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to embrace our commitment to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement.
