Interact with the automation equipment including case delayering, conveyors, auto-palletizers, and other material handling equipment
• Operate a forklift to move pallets, bins, and other items on and off of trailers
• Pick, pack, stack, and store merchandise in designated areas
• Use a voice pick headset and/or RF scanner to manually accumulate cases from the freezer and place onto pallets

• Experience operating forklifts such as sit down, stand up, clamp truck, reach truck, cherry picker, pallet jacks, etc. - 1 year preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Automation equipment experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Regular work duties will be performed in an environment at 38 degrees.
• Limited exposure to a working environment with temperatures of -10 degrees to -20 degrees; industry rated cold gear will be provided.
• Ability to stack boxes within an automated work environment for an extended period.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include: Working in temperature regulated areas, climbing stairs, ladders and crossovers and being on your feet most of the shift.

• 1 year Automation experience preferred
• Certification in operating forklift preferred
• High School Diploma/GED Preferred
