What you'll do...

  • Perform project management according to PMO process for projects spanning multiple departments, coordinating the efforts of all groups.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues.
  • Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
  • Demonstrated experience in project management process
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and propose efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex application issues
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from events/projects in a demanding work environment
  • Experience with Smartsheet a plus
  • PMP or other project management certification a plus
  • Advanced communication skills, including the development of agendas and documentation of meetings via minutes and action items

Salary Range for this role is $61,200-$91,800 per year
