What you'll do...

  • Regularly interface with our Clients to communicate platform features and functionality
  • Lead product presentations and related demonstrations
  • Document business requirements and work with internal stakeholder to coordinate execution
  • Research, analyze, and test new enhancements and bug fixes
  • Responsible for business intelligence product implementations
  • Maintain business intelligence industry knowledge, product and technical expertise
  • Regularly contribute Business Intelligence product documentation to COCC's knowledgebase

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in a business intelligence product role
  • Proficient with Excel required; SQL skills a plus
  • Microsoft PowerBI experience a plus
  • Experience with Business Intelligence cloud technology a plus
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills a must
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex processes and systems

Salary Range for the role is $80,000-$110,000 per year
