What we need...

The Implementation Specialist will act as a customer liaison for our various software products and third party interfaces. The Specialist will facilitate resolution of issues requiring significant research and/or are more complex in nature within the established service levels. Participate in customer acceptance testing, client conversion\implementation, project delivery and business requirement preparation.

What you'll do...

  • Assist with customer call escalations
  • Provides support to both internal customers and partner vendors for selected platforms and their integration into other COCC systems
  • Assists with new product evaluations, implementations, system enhancements, and upgrades
  • As a senior team member and subject matter expert, is the go-to person and resource for other team members with less seniority to seek advice and feedback
  • Act as a liaison between the business unit, product management teams and their technical counterparts when required
  • Develops test script pertinent to product or functionality as necessary
  • Interviews client regarding existing product usage and functionality
  • Collects client data as required for product set-up and system functionality
  • Maintains on-going customer relations
  • Performs project management tasks as assigned
  • Runs regular client status meetings and records meeting minutes and action items
  • Gathers and reviews data and information necessary to understand functional and the related requirements
  • Assists in developing and implementing strategies for the implementation of new features and/or enhancements to existing systems
  • Coordinates installations and/or issue resolution while interfacing with technical resources to quickly resolve issues
  • Assists with new product roll-out, while meeting delivery dates

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of five years in banking or financial services, preferably in a technical or operational capacity
  • ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, or account analysis experience a plus

Salary Range for this role is $51,000-$71,400 per year
