Lead Clinician - Bilingual Preferred

The LTFC Lead Clinician is responsible for the oversight of and the delivery of clinical services to UC in care, as well as oversight of the Clinical Team.  The Lead Clinician is responsible for all Clinical activities, and ensuring compliance with ORR policies and procedures. Which includes engaging UC to disclose locations of sponsors, contacting/locating sponsors, and facilitating the reunification process of UC-sponsor.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with on call responsibilities

Essential:  (Required)

1. Masters in Social Work or other related behavioral science in which clinician experience is required. 
2. 2 years of post graduate related social work experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of clinical employment experience
3. Demonstrated excellence in supervision, management skills, and leadership qualities
4. Clinical Licensure in New York State
5. Bilingual- English/Spanish speaking required
6. New York State Driver’s License in good standing as determined by the Agency.

Non-Essential:  (Preferred)

1. Masters in Behavioral Science, or Social Service Field
2. 5 years employed in a clinical capacity employment
3. Supervisory experience
