Overview: Loureiro Engineering Associates has an immediate need for&nbsp;<strong>Senior Project Manager &ndash; Mechanical</strong>&nbsp;to join our Facility Engineering Division in Plainville, Connecticut, or our Portsmouth, New Hampshire location. The Senior Project Manager will lead a team of MEP engineers and designers with a passion to enhance the built environment and the lives of those within it. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead project teams in the preparation of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for the mechanical engineering, fire protection, and plumbing disciplines.</li> <li>Manage overall financial and technical performance of projects through our project lifecycle management system.</li> <li>Maintain and grow established client relationships by becoming an indispensable partner to our clients, both internal and external.</li> <li>Serve as the subject matter expert for mechanical engineering, plumbing, and fire protection systems.</li> <li>Develop cost estimates and manage engineering design and design/build projects from conceptual design through construction.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>12+ years of experience with an engineering consulting or design firm.</li> <li>Licensed Professional Engineer.</li> <li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li> <li>Eligible to work without Visa sponsorship.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.</li> <li>Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.</li> <li>Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.</li> <li>Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc.
