We're hiring Warehouse Associates for our new, highly-automated1.5 million sq. ft. Distribution Center, located in South Louisville. You will report directly to the area Supervisor and Process Manager.

Shift Details, Pay, and Benefits:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 am-5:15 pm: Machine Bulk Picking (operateOrder Picker, Turrett, Reach, and Pacer)
• 9:45 am-6:30 pm: Packing (Mezzanine, Corral, LTL)
• Average work week- 45 hours
• Occasional Mandatory OT

• Base pay is$18.30/hour; increases to $19.50/hour within 12 months (first year)
• $1/hour differentialfor powered industrial equipment operators

• Complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team

• Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
• Frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds; packages on occasion can weigh up to 75 lbs. PIE operators are required to handle items up to 100 pounds.
• Receive feedback and work well in a team environment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Held accountable for productivity, quality, safety, behavioral, and attendance
• *For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail, quality, and safety
